All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be processed.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on items (including sale items but excluding cosmetics, underwear, tights, hair clips, hair chignons and hair pins) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
